Support Theme: More information on profiles for moderators

Description

This was implemented in #1967 on the old theme.

The user profile now only shows forum role and the amount of topics and posts a user has, on the old theme we had also implemented the following:

  • Email
  • Slack user
  • Website
  • Member since

All of these are handy to moderators, member since, website and email are great for confirming/checking for spam accounts in cases of doubt, the Slack user is great if we want to DM or ping someone (this can be seen from profiles. but then we'd have to manually change the URL at this point).

Restores display of email address, title, website, member since, profiles.wordpress.org link, Slack username.
