Support Theme: Breadcrumb links for plugins

Description

When viewing a review or a support topic for a plugin or theme, clicking the breadcrumbs for Reviews or Support will take you to the big gathering forums, and not the specific plugin/themes review or support threads as expected.

This is not a new thing, and is the way the current theme handles it as well, but expectations dictate that clicking reviews in a breadcrumb when viewing an individual review takes you to the list of reviews I was previously at.

In 4298:

Support Forums, Support Compat: Insert link to plugin or theme's support or review view into breadcrumbs in single topic view.

The breadcrumb was already modified in this manner in plugin and theme support/review views, but not for their constituent topics.

Fixes #2181.
