Button on list unsubscribe page looks bad

Description

Not that I decided to unsubscribe just because Matt emailed the announce mailing list, but the unsubscribe button itself looks bad across the three browsers I tested (Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on Mac).

Should be an easy fix, but I'm not sure where that code is.

Adjusted the padding on that button to not be silly.
