Description

The ratings links show an underline for the numbers and for the bar when hovered. This should be removed.

In 4324:

Plugin Directory Theme: Removed hover underline from Ratings List.

Set text-decoration to none on hover in the Ratings list because the underline was interfering with the bar graph.
