Description

Some users seem to ​use their profile description for spam. We should add nofollow to links in profiles.

Should we also add it for the Website URL field, since that could be used by spammers too?

Yes, we should probably add it anywhere there is user input that allows links.

Added in [dotorg9239].

The Origin Story, etc fields are already covered by [dotorg7867]. I don't see any others that allow HTML.
