On a large plugin you may have scrolled quite far down the page, supporting a "back to top" feature would be beneficial.

Although not obvious, as the toolbar (adminbar) is always visible, you can use that to go to top by clicking it.

We could what WordPress.com has, and add a "scroll to top" hint in there across the entire network.

That might be a good idea as I didn't know you could do that :)

With the tabs restored in #2679, this should be less of an issue, at least not more specific to the Plugin Directory than any other WP.org section.

If there's an interest in adding a "scroll to top" hint across the entire network, a new ticket should be created for that.
