Description
https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ab_cd could be of a better reference if the translation of any plugin is stated separately from the translation of its readme. The plugin translation could be at 100%, while readme translation lags behind or simply isn’t there at all. That doesn’t make the plugin translation unsuitable for use, but the visitor might think so. Thus one might miss a fully functional translation because of some changelog or obscure or carelessly worded strings in a readme.
If separating is not possible--or till is implemented--perhaps a notice in the page (about what actually the percentage shown for a plugin represents) might help.

I think it's fine as is because the platform isn't really designed for regular users. They get the translation through the API and never see the actual numbers.
