Codex User Preferences Skins missing CSS Styles

Description
If you preview or switch Skins the CSS styles seem to be missing.
There is no problem to switch back to default skin. Tested on multiple Machines and Browsers, no difference.

Doesn't seem to be an issue anymore, there's only the default skin to select.
