DEVHUB: List all private functions

In the codex there is a page with a list of private functions. ​https://codex.wordpress.org/Category:Private_Functions

It would be great if we could do that same in the DEVHUB. We are already tracking the private functions we just need a way to filter them.

We discussed this ticket in the recent scrub and are having trouble discerning the value of listing out all private functions. Private functions are parsed in the spirit of completeness, but are displayed with a warning in the Code Reference to that effect, and we think provides an adequate level of value.

Therefore, closing as wontfix. Thanks for the suggestion!
