Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://wordpress.org/support/ on your desktop while logged out of WordPress.org. An admin bar with a "Log In" button appears, allowing you to log in to your account.
  2. Visit the same page on a mobile device: no admin bar is displayed.

Support Theme: Revert [4684], as it's now redundant.

CSS for login/register buttons on mobile devices was added to the "Logged Out Admin Bar" plugin and now works for both support forums and make.wordpress.org sites.
