Forums boxes are cutting the "View forum" buttons

You can see the issue easily on the screenshot. I am using Chrome browser on MBP13" Retina, viewing it at default zoom levels. The height is limiting the box which cuts the text below

If you set margin-top: 0 to .three-up.bbp-forums > div h3 it will fix the issue.

Support Forums: Fixing responsiveness of homepage forum layout.

As screen size got smaller, some of the content in the fixed height boxes was getting cut off. I fixed this by adjusting the styling of the content within the box. Also updated a bit of the responsiveness to the Themes and Plugins box as well.
