Breathe: No links to individual pages from search

On ​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/?s=automated+releases, headings are not linked, so you cannot go to an individual page from search results.

This should probably be reported upstream, but ​https://github.com/Automattic/o2/ appears to only contain the o2 plugin, and I'm not sure if that's the right place to report issues with the Breathe theme.

Fun. I had @pento remove heading links because the heading on individual handbook pages were being linked. I bet this is fall out from that change.

On a related note, should the search template display excerpts instead of full text? At the moment, it's a large wall of text. Horizontal separators help a bit, but it's still hard to tell where one result ends and another starts, especially with no links on headings.

Displaying full posts in search results is on purpose, though it usually needs some styling to properly seperate posts.
