Adminbar Icons on make.wordpress.org/summit are broken

Description
Just on the frontend when authenticated, the adminbar dashicons appear as boxes. I don't see any requests for the dashicons font, so maybe it's not even being queued up?

No longer an issue since make/summit now uses the dotorg P2 theme. It used to use Twenty Something.
