Forums: Search doesn't work with the new theme on Rosetta forums

Description

  1. Switch to the new theme: ​https://ru.wordpress.org/support/?new-theme=1.
  2. Try searching for something using the main search box, e.g. ​https://ru.wordpress.org/support/?s=test.
  3. The resulting page has just header and footer, without any content (see the screenshot).

On my local install, /support/?s=test opens the admin area for some reason.

​https://ru.wordpress.org/support/search/test/ (search using permalinks instead of ?s=test) works as expected.

English forums are not affected, as they use a different search, see [3926].
