Profiles: "Flagged" notice still displays info from bbPress 1.x forums

I've seen a couple of instances where a user's WP.org profile says "Flagged: blocked", but they're not flagged on the new forums, so the profiles page appears to display the info from older forums.

Profiles: Discontinue checking old support forum data to determine if user is banned or blocked.
