At the moment, the only link in the ​404 template is a link to the home page:

Oops! That page can’t be found.
Try searching from the field above, or go to the home page.

It should have a sidebar with "My Account" section and standard views ("All topics" and others).

While we're at it, any other suggestions to make it more helpful?

I'm not too familiar with bbpress, but it looks like the standard views you mentioned are all forum-specific (which they can't be on a 404 page)? I'm also not sure how much more helpful it is to show the My Account section, now that the admin bar is showing for all users

Closing as worksforme, we do have the admin bar, which includes some of the quick links we that were mentioned as desirable here.
