Give theme authors the ability to post sticky posts in the support forums.

The ability to sticky a thread - like an FAQ - within an individual theme's forum would be extremely helpful. Without the ability to have a tabbed FAQ on the theme's info page, this would be the next best thing.

For the last few months I've actually been thinking I've been stickying posts within individual themes forums - not realizing that I was actually sticking them to the top of the main Themes forum.

With the upgrade to bbPress 2.x in #1544, theme authors now can stick a thread within an individual theme's forum.
