Jetpack: allow locale managers and editors to view stats.

Until some months (years?) ago, the JetPack statistics were shown on the different Rosetta sites but then disappeared. It seems only administrators can see them, but as nobody should be administrator on Rosetta sites, nobody sees the stats.

Please allow 'Locale Managers' and 'Editors' to view the JetPack stats.

My roles on fr-be are General Translation Editor and Locale Manager.
I think I should see the stats icon in the wp admin bar, no ?

This graph is only displayed in the admin bar when you're on the front-end of the site. Could you check if the graph appears when looking at the front-end of the site?

Could you also try to access the Stats page directly?

Same here. Being a GTE and Locale Manager on ru.wordpress.org, I don't see the graph in admin bar on the front-end and can't access the Stats page directly: "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

1) Nothing found on the front-end
2) On the wordpress.com page I see stats for other websites (like wordpress.tv) but not for fr-be
3) the admin.php/page=stats gives like for Sergey an error : Désolé, vous n’avez pas l’autorisation d’accéder à cette page.

You'd only have access to /wp-admin/index.php?page=stats.

Thanks for giving it a try. I thought @ocean90's patch would do the trick. @ocean90 When is register_events triggered to update the option?
