Readme validator: No message if all is fine

Reported by: casiepa's profile casiepa Owned by: otto42's profile Otto42
Milestone: Plugin Directory v3.0 Priority: normal
Component: Plugin Directory Keywords: has-patch commit has-screenshots

Description

The readme validator on https://wordpress.org/plugins/developers/readme-validator/ seems to work fine to indicate missing tags.

But a copy/paste in the bottom box of a 'perfect' readme file does not give any message after hitting the 'validate' button.

Please indicate something like 'All necessary tags found' or 'Readme is valid for wordpress.org upload'
