Description
On How Your Readme.txt Works, there's a note on plugin tags:
Tags (as in categories)
Tags field from the readme file. (Note: This will be changed in the directory revamp in 2016)
It's 2017 and the directory is now live, so it's time to update that note.

Thanks, I didn't follow the tags discussion closely and wasn't sure if any changes were made. Created a ticket so that someone who knows more context could take a look :)
