    v3 v4
    11Hi,
    22
3 I have recently noticed that a plugin with about ~200 reviews, ~4.7 stars, 80k+ installations, ~200 support threads, 120 resolved support threads, same keyword in the slug and title, same keyword in the content, recently updated, tested up to the decent wp version is a way ahead of other plugin with ~1500 reviews, ~4.9 stars, 200k+ installations, ~25 support threads, ~25 resolved support threads, same keyword in the slug and title, same keyword in the content, recently updated, tested up to the decent wp version.

55I have checked the source code of the ranking algorithm and it seems that the score is based on support_threads_resolved and that support_resolution_percentage is not being taken into account (please correct me if I'm wrong).
