Hi team,
I am playing with https://meta.trac.wordpress.org and found some issues.
1) Data showing wrong date for the slack channel meeting
2) On 404 not found page, search form should have better UI. At least not touch to the bottom line
please check attached file for the more information.

Interesting, the year is correct on regular pages, but not in 404 template.

- Status new → closed
I just tested this and seems that it with the new design is fixed, or at least not such an issue:
As this has been fairly recent, going to mark as closed for now.

It's about the 404 template, not the search template :)
https://make.wordpress.org/core/non-existing-url still displays both issues, exactly as on the screenshot.
