Description

The number of support tickets along with the number of resolved tickets disappeared from plugins page.

Is this the reason of recent unexpected change in search results ordering (few hours ago) ?

Can you give an example of a plugin where there should be a bar but there is not?

I have checked about 10 random plugins. All of them did not have number of support tickets. That is why I did not mention any particular plugin. Now I check again, everything is ok, also the same plugins. So I'll close the ticket

Thanks for checking. The bar only counts support threads from the last 2 months, so if there aren't any, then there's no reason to show the bar. If you find a case where the bar is incorrectly missing, feel free to reopen this ticket.

There is a bar showing up just fine on the woocommerce plugin.
