Plugin Directory: Use native locale names in the list of translations

Description

Background: #2689

The Contributors & Developers section lists all the locales a plugin has been translated to, but it uses English locale names.

Wouldn't it make more sense to use native locale names (like, for example, Wikipedia does for page translations)?

This appears to longer be an issue. I wasn't able to identify the exact change in the repo but I can't find anymore examples of it. If you can reproduce it, can you provide better steps to reproduce? Otherwise can you close this defect?

As @dufresnesteven mentioned, this was fixed at some point by not listing the locales it seems.
