When go with this ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-admin-bar-hide/ plugin click on "removeadminbar" tag it will be return 404 (Page not found)

​https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/removeadminbar/ Is a 404

It's also a new tag so that may just be caching.

The _active_installs meta was missing for the plugin which is used for sorting. The meta has been added and the plugin is now visible.
