Review was Mysteriously Stickied

The review at ​https://wordpress.org/support/topic/great-plugin-13675/ was mysteriously stickied to every forum. I have attached a screenshot of what it looked like.

We were able to unsticky it via the backend, but would love to find out what happened and what measures can be taken to prevent this in the future.

In the future, ping me, and I can quick fix this, but I have no idea what could cause it to start with. Weird.

Sounds like someone accidentally clicked "Stick (to all forums)".

With #2795 fixed (once the change is deployed) archiving any topic or review should unstick it. There's also a ticket for moderator actions audit log: #2537, which should make it easier in the future to find out what happened.

On second thought, that action is unavailable for reviews on front end, but is still available in the admin, so let's fix that :)

Support Forums: Remove some unneeded or redundant row action links for topics and replies in the admin, for consistency with topic and reply admin links on front end.

Fixes #2794.
