Description

While dealing with #2794 we attempted to remove it by Archiving it (as there are no front-end Unsticky options on reviews, because there's no front-end Sticky option on reviews either).

The result was something like a phantom review still stickied to every forum.

To simplify things, it would be cool if Archive also Unstickied things, since there's not much use to an archived-but-still-sticky topic.
