Now that "Installation" has its own tab, we could probably remove it from the first item in the FAQs.

I have a plugin that contains installation instructions, but there's no "Installation" tab. I think it actually makes sense for this to remain as the first item in the FAQ.

Oh, apparently the change which removed the Installation tab was reverted, but my plugin hadn't had a commit since and the tab was still hidden.

I don't think it hurts for this information to be duplicated in the FAQ.

I think we should re-open this. Duplicating the information is irritating, especially when viewing the information from the plugin updates screen.
