Profiles: Add WP-CLI Badge

Description

The WP-CLI team needs a color and badges to be ready for inclusion into marketing material.

As far as I can tell, the icon had already been chosen to be .dashicons-arrow-right-alt2 (\f345).

No color was chosen yet as far as I know. My personal suggestion would be #424242 (http://www.color-hex.com/color/424242)

This represents the terminal background while not being completely black, and also 42 is _the_ answer!

I suppose that Design & Marketing teams will want to chime in on this, though...

(set to high priority as Community team wants to print updated banners for WCEU)

Already mentioned on https://make.wordpress.org/ , so that's great.
But when you have the color defined, don't forget to update https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/documentation/profile-badges/

+1 works for me. I don't have a strong preference.

Also the finalised image should be added in Slack as a custom emoji for use with Slack integrations and emoji reactions

A Slack admin can add that here: https://wordpress.slack.com/admin/emoji

It doesn't seem there are any objections to the suggestion of #424242 for the WP-CLI badge color so we will proceed with that for the "Get Involved" material. If there are any changes, please let me know today if possible as we are working on finalizing the design.

Thanks for your help!

@sheriebeth Yes, I suppose this is ready to be used, then.

Looking forward to seeing the finalized flyer... :)
