Teams: Create Hosting Badge & Color

Looks like we need a hosting badge and color picked out for the Hosting Team.

1. Let's pick an icon from ​https://developer.wordpress.org/resource/dashicons/
2. Select some color choices based off our current list here: ​https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/documentation/profile-badges/

@melchoyce came up with some color choices that work well with our other colors, but haven't been used yet.

They would fit in like this (the empty circles):

Adding it as a dashicon would be preferable, that way it can be reused across w.org with relative ease

Once a decision has been made on which icon design to use, creating a pull request for it at ​https://github.com/wordpress/dashicons would be the next step

I have no problems with the cloud dashicon, and presume that'd probably be the most expedient.

If the designers in the room like something else better, I'm happy to defer. :)
