Description

Background: #343

Reported by @jipmoors in #docs. On JavaScript Documentation Standards page, in the Supported JSDoc Tags section most of the tags erroneously link to profiles.wordpress.org.

[972] fixed this for the old P2 theme, but was not ported to the new Breathe theme.

In 5720:

Breathe: Disable showing linked mentions on any handbook page.

Only current exception is a "Credits" page.

A more involved approach (to include clearing meta-cached data) would be needed to more efficiently prevent mentions from being looked for in the first place.

Fixes #2932.
