Description
After the migration to bbPress 2.x we seem to get resolved topics in the no-replies list, we should re-implement this exclusion (previously implemented in #530).

Looking at comment:5:ticket:530, seems like only closed topics were previously removed from "No Replies" view.
Removing resolved topics from that view was previously requested in #832, let's handle it there.
