Support Forums: Previously approved topics can be unapproved on editing or moving

1. A new topic ends up in Pending view.
2. Moderator approves the topic.
3. Another moderator edits the topic or moves it to another forum.
4. The topic ends up in Pending view again, with an incorrect notice that it was unapproved by the previous moderator.

Either previously approved topics should not be unapproved on editing, or the notice should not blame the previous moderator.

can happen on any edit. Same moderator or even topic author (if he/she is still able to edit topic within allowed timeframe)

This is something I think should happen on the bbPress side of things first rather than here on the w.org support forums

If this is something that still happens in bbPress 2.6, it needs to be upstreamed to ​bbPress Trac.
