The awesome [time] shortcode doesn't appear to be available via here at all. :( I swear I asked Otto/nacin about this previously, but I can't find a record of that.

The way that the system is currently organized doesn't allow for it to be put in the public meta.svn easily just yet. It will get there eventually.

For now, I posted the source of it here: ​https://gist.github.com/Otto42/6552471

It's no secret, it's just not organized well to get make plugins in meta.svn at the moment.
