Missing WordCamp Bangkok organizer badges

WordCamp Bangkok 2017 created 2 team taxonomy "volunteers" and "organizers" then "organizers" couldn't get organizers badge on their profile pages even though they added volunteers.

This bug has existed since before badge design change.

I could fix from dashboard!

• remove the wordpress.org username
• save the post
• put the username back in
• then save the post again
• that should fix it

Yes, that's the recommended workaround :) The issue should eventually be fixed in #683.
