Language selection is confusing on the plugins page

I uploaded a plugin today and when I was checking to see if it all looked good on the repo I noticed that it said the language was in Swedish.

I was very confused by this as the plugin is clearly in English and was looking for a way to fix it. Then I decided to head over to the slack channel and ask about it. Turns out that it is just stating that the plugin is available in that language.

Point here is that it was pretty confusing to me so I imagine it must be confusing to others and especially some users browsing the repo.

We can enhance the list by adding English if there's only one language. I'm trying to avoid showing only English in the main directory.

Could we change the label to Translations, Supported Language(s), Available Languages, or something along these lines instead of Language?

In 5888:

Plugin Directory: Include English (US) in the languages popover if there's at least one other language.
