Profile Badges - Adapt page

On page ​https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/documentation/profile-badges/ can you please:

• Remove the bottom lines concerning Training Contributor? If you add it for training, you would also have to add it for design, mobile, etc.
• Add a new line for Flow. See ​https://make.wordpress.org/.

Does the flow team have a badge? I didn't think they had one or is it just super rare?

I'd also suggest adding more spacing between the contributor and team descriptions because it's hard to read the small chunk of text in the table cells.

The "flow" team and site was renamed "test", migrated and moved from make.w.org/flow to make.w.org/test

Flow should be renamed to Test on make.w.org

The Test/Flow team does not currently have any associated badges.
