Find similar plugins

Description

While discussing plugin compatibility for the `servehappy` project, it became apparent that there's no easy way right now to find alternatives for a given plugin.

The specific use case we were talking about is when you want to upgrade your WordPress installation to a newer PHP version, but you find out that one of your plugins is not compatible with that version.

It would be great to either have a "Related Plugins" section below each plugin, or have an optional search functionality to query for related posts instead.

The algorithm can take into account multiple factors, like name, description, tags, ... These should be compared in a weighted way, so that we can fine-tune the results.

Oh, I think "Similar Plugins" might be more accurate here.

"Related Plugins" -> add-ons related to a main plugin
"Similar Plugins" -> plugins solving the same problem

This is a great idea, but without a specific proposal for a method of querying similar plugins it's unlikely to happen unfortunately. I'm closing as wontfix for that reason; but if an algorithm does turn up that looks suitable then please feel free to reopen with the new info.
