Description
GTE's (General Translation Editors) have access to a special page where they can add new translation editors and edit the list of projects assigned to each translation editor.
It would be great if the slug of each assigned project was a clickable link to the relevant translation project. I.e. if the part I've marked with a red line in the attached image.
Props for this good suggestion: @elbogen

The list of assigned themes and/or plugins is still just a couple of clicks away: As soon as you hit the "edit" link (redigera in Swedish) you get the project list, and once you click on “Themes” or “Plugins” you'll see this list.
By adding links to the translation projects themselves, it becomes much easier to go and check activity and quality of previous translations, either as a part of mentoring new editors or in order to check this before granting new projects, or even promoting to GTE.

Just a thought, you want a click on the first one to go to https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/sv/default/wp-themes/hoffman I suppose
But is that useful for a GTE? I would more expect it to go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=translation-editors&user_id=12345678 and already open the themes part...
