Update the photo on make.wordpress.org

The photo on ​https://make.wordpress.org/ is pretty old, and not reflective of the diversity in our current community. Can we update the photo to one from a more recent Community Summit?

Yes! Easily done. Let's get a more recent photo and put it in there. We had a pretty great photographer at WCUS. Are these photos available? Would a slider be preferable if we don't have a large group photo?

I attached two copies of the same image - one suitable for upload, one high-res for anyone who wants a copy. Both are Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 International as per the WCEU photography team rules. Apologies to those who got cropped out, this was the best image of the bunch.
