Blank "Owner" tab should not show in "My tickets", it should be remove or User's name should show.

Issue: Blank "Owner" tab should not show, it should be remove or User's name should show.


  1. Login to your profile
  2. Navigate to My tickets "" and verify that tickets are display.

Hey there

The owner isn‘t the person who created the ticket. Someone else can be set as owner, which means they were assigned to that ticket.

I'm going to close this as this information is invaluable to some people.

As @swissspidy says, the Owner field isn't the reporter, it's whomever has chosen to work on the ticket.

For regular contributors, this page allows them to see their reported tickets, owned tickets, and tickets they're working on all in one place. Being able to see that they're the owner (or that their friend or colleague is) is extremely helpful to knowing whether they need to follow up on the ticket.
