Plugin Directory: title tag doesn't bring the translated plugin name

Description

Hi! I've just noticed that the title tag of plugin page in plugin repository doesn't bring the translated plugin name, like in ​https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ for instance. It shows "Diagnóstico" in page content, but "Health Check" in the browser bar.

I've searched for a ticket already mentioning it here and didn't find any... Anyway, sorry if I missed something :)
