Description
Suggestions by @sevlad:
- Remove "Reply To:" from entry titles, as it prevents readers from grouping replies by topic.
- Add "The site I need help with" link to RSS feeds (it used to be there at some point).
- Consider removing topic revision log from feeds, as it's not particularly useful to RSS readers.
