Support Forums: Improve RSS feeds

Suggestions by @sevlad:

1. Remove "Reply To:" from entry titles, as it prevents readers from grouping replies by topic.
2. Add "The site I need help with" link to RSS feeds (it used to be there at some point).
3. Consider removing topic revision log from feeds, as it's not particularly useful to RSS readers.

Remove "Reply To:" from entry titles, as it prevents readers from grouping replies by topic.

That sounds like something that should be reported to bbPress.

Add "The site I need help with" link to RSS feeds (it used to be there at some point).

That's no longer public information, so shouldn't be included.

Consider removing topic revision log from feeds, as it's not particularly useful to RSS readers.

That should probably also be reported to bbPress directly.
