Hi,

Theme Review Team recently changed the rules for required items.
Tickets can now be closed when 3+ distinct issues are identified.
See: ​https://make.wordpress.org/themes/2017/11/16/meeting-notes-for-2017-november-14/

So we also need to change the email message for new uploads to edit the former 5 required items mention to 3 required items.
