Description
It's been several days since I was changing some favorites for a user but I'm still getting the original favorites, both in the WP admin and directly navigating to http://api.wordpress.org/plugins/info/1.1/?action=query_plugins&request[user]=10up. The results are correct on https://profiles.wordpress.org/10up#content-favorites, though.

There's some caching weirdness due to a server migration, it should fix itself when the migration is completed. See also #3406 and #3412.
