Link to comment hash not working on mobile

Description

On mobile phones, where the comments are not loaded on page load, a link to a comment does not work. Instead the post is loaded normally as if there was no comments hash in the url.

This is especially annoying in long threads and can make it very hard to find the comment that's been linked to in the first place, e.g. ​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/2015/05/19/hi-polyglots-im-a-validator-of-the-portuguese/#comment-278388

Does this still happen? If someone could test it out, and ​Report it to the o2 Bug tracker if so that would be great.

Confirmed this behaviour is still present, and is an upstream issue in o2.
