Latest victim: http://wordpress.org/plugins/badgeos/
Plugin updated 3 days ago and again a day and a half ago. Version is correct, but last update says 2013.

The problem stems from the fact that they DID that and it still didn't work.
Made a change 3 days ago. Didn't take. Made a change 18 hours later. STILL didn't take.
At that point, we're starting to look at this happening too often. (I know we did SVN 'wrong' wrt plugins, and I suspect it's related)

This happens every once in a while when the SVN server is busy and the update process can't get the date properly. No need to raise a ticket for it each time, just ping me and I can run the update manually. Or, they can simply make a trivial update later and it will update then.
