Seems not be an issue anymore.
Hmm, looks like the Site Stats page (from the screenshot) just vanished. Is there a reason for that? It had some helpful information on referrers, clicks, and daily traffic.

Um, no. I can see it just fine. The menus changed a bit in Jetpack, but the stats page on bs is still visible to those with access. /wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats

Looks like the page is still there (which is good), but it no longer has a link in the admin menu (at least for Editors), which is confusing. I can only see it if I go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats manually.
It used to have a link under Dashboard section (see the screenshot from the ticket description).
The link is no longer there, and there's no active menu item when I'm on that page (see the two screenshots above).
