Description

Given that:
A new contributor is onboarding and they need to access the wordpress.slack.com
A team lead onboarding the new person tells them to join slack who forgets the address for /chat

Scenario:
The new person on make.wordpress.org simply attempts to add /slack to the URL
Result is Page not found

Current resolution is to then search for the term 'slack' and find it is /chat

A redirect would save this step and make it generally easier to find the document without impacting any other existing links or descriptions.
