Translating in dev-readme doesn't update Plugin page

As mentioned in ticket https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3438#comment:13, there is a difference in the behavior of translating the Readme between dev-readme and stable-readme.

• The actions of translating and approving in stable-readme branches are correctly updating the plugins translated pages in real time.
• The same actions of translating and approving in dev-readme branches aren't updating the plugins translated pages.

Why only stable-readme updates the plugins translated page?

Since translating in dev-readme or stable-readme propagates to each other, translators can translate in any branch, and both situations should update the plugin page in real time.

Check the section "Further Reading":

• "Follow Yoast on Facebook & Twitter" ​translated in dev-readme not showing
• "Other WordPress Plugins by the same team." ​translated in stable-readme showing up correctly as "Outros plugins de WordPress da mesma equipa."

Ensure that synced translations are also triggering a cache purge.
